We live in a time where many people are insecure, where very few people accept their physical appearance: they want to be bigger if they are thin or thinner if they are large. I met people of all sorts, pretty girls, people with impressive social situation etc.. And I noticed that most people in general are not satisfied with their physical appearance even when they’ve not specific defects.
The only place where I truly found people proud of their physical appearances were in gyms and fitness clubs. Many of them are eager to show you their progress at every opportunity, to remove their t-shirts as soon as summer is approaching or to going to the beach, the pool even if they are bad swimmers! They seem to be confident and always full of energy. They are not necessarily bodybuilders but they all have chosen the « 6 Pack Abs » Lifestyle in their everyday life.
And I want to encourage you to adopt this way of life because you’ll just have positive rewards. I have myself adopted this philosophy and way of life: I do not spend more money, I need only 4 hours per week and some rigor to follow my physical program. All the rest is free bonus: more energy, muscle and physical health, more strength, assurance and self-esteem breath. Finally, the biggest advantage is the fun that you win. When you go to the beach or the pool; as soon as you are shirtless people want to know you and how you got this result. Fun when you take your surfboard and you no longer need to put a combination to hide your abdomen. Another reason is that you gain more respect from your friends, your family, your wife and people in general. Then, people you meet begins to associate you with a healthy and successful life !
